My post of 6.09 yesterday to you was to try to point out how options can be more effective in short term trading.

Cannot see anywhere in that post where I was "having a go at you", please point out where you think that occurred.

If anything, given your previous posts on options were a little misguided and commented on by andres, asf and Steini.

Read things twice and double check who said what before posting such unfounded comments.

Regarding my trading plan, if the large orders at 3.4 had have stayed so would I, however the floor was removed from my trading plan, so I sold out...for a profit.

I did state "nothing surprises me in this market", the way the buyers dried up so quick did surprise me, obviously there are games being played.
