I had been a holder for 6 months then sold out when i heard there was an equipment delay coupled with some sloppy announcements

and then i bought back in at high 3s for precisely the reason you mention it is simply too cheap to ignore .and i got a big bonus coz they put out a great announcement not long after i bought back in .

we are no longer on summer vacation time

this is the business part of year and for sure there will be interest in this stock when they move down to irwin and hcss but i am not sure this stock is being manipulated because the turnover is too small .
