Yeah, that's what I mean too.. there's only a handful at 18.5, someone might beat them to it and they miss out!
Does have the feel like there could be good news very soon.
Although, as far as I'm concerned, PEX news generally seems to be great!
I topped up at 16c last week.. hopefully things about to start moving, as I'm expecting 2016 to be good for Peel!
