I dont think contempt is the only reason. We know from the terms of the last cap raising that ARV didnt have much to offer a prospective financier, and had to pay enormous fees and put up Radio Hill as collateral. Nothing to see.

Unfortunately the Cobalt price has tanked and there is a line of AU companies well in front of ARV when it comes to financing a cobalt mine who have advanced their projects with metalurgical and prefeasability etc studies. And with ARV's exploration program producing low grade results and no firm interest from any company in providing ore to run through RH to start it up....what news of substance could ARV release?.

DL has nothing to work with and has probably lost interest.
