    if you saw a report that valued NWE at 30c ... would you be prepared to buy their shares for anymore than that price?

    that's all i'm suggesting, more asking the question... i'm seeing resistance at 30c, not just from past evaluations but also because it's a psychological marker.

    the buying and selling atm seems to confirm my thoughts for now. but in this game, the wind can change direction in an instant...

    and there has been a 37c valuation... dyor!
