Macquarie is a manager of 14 listed and over 30 unlisted specialist funds. My thought is after REORGANISATION OF ASSET JOINT OWNERSHIP INTERESTS, Mdt finally will be delisted for privatization. to the best interest of the takeover party is to keep the stock price down. Macquarie has no equity in Mdt now , it is not their best interest to keep the price up at the moment. this may happen soon, hopefully we can get 10c per share. but 20c or more per share may be reasonable.
