As much as anybody, I wanted to believe that the three ring circus (JH, PK and MF) could find us a buyer for the co. or at least a new partner (E.D.??) to make something of this.

I liken the current process to dying of cancer: Telling us we've got twelve months to live instead of one month makes it easier for them to break the bad news and prepare us for the inevitable funeral.
