    Forgot the most remarkable thing about this stock, we have a valuation report (always take these with a pinch of salt) that uses recognized methodologies have a low side value of $37mil, this for a company that will have a MC of $27 mil or so. If one takes the high side valuation of $60mil then this baby should re-list at a 50% discount to the asset with some cash in their pocket, I don't believe that the discount will stay for long.
