yep, not much the PNO shareprice can do when we know there is a significant shortfall that the underwriting broker has to get out of. I mkake it still 70 million shares to sell.
After fees and options the broker is probably still in the money even if he sells at 0.4 cents. So lets be patiant and look to buy stock 0.4/0.5. By buying at 0.6 cents all we are doing is giving the broker money.
