hold for resale. In the USA !!!!
Build a 70k house on it. Now we're not talking 10k but 80k.
What do you get for 10k? Not the pick of the crop surely?
Really if you bought something in the US you'd have spend time in it. Holiday there occasionally. Do you have that life style?
If so maybe you could do better....much better.
