Don't forget it also takes one or more sellers to dump at the same time. There has been absolutely no hint of any upwards movement on the share price for a very long time now. It trickles up and then it gets knocked down again. Until there is some positive news (if that is at all possible), this ain't going anywhere, but we live in hope.
