Many of these bots are zero net traders. They are just moving stock from one account to another account at the same broker / institution / general manipulator and presenting it as a trade. They create the perception of either demand or selling presure at a given price but without actually accumulating or selling any actual stock.

The above said it could be accumulating but I doubt it based on the price. There are 20,000,000 shares on offer at 0.009. If somebody wanted to accumulate then then picking up a few million a day at 0.009 would be a painfully slow way of doing it. Not completely beyong reason though.

It can't be unloading stock because the trades are going through @ 0.009 which means the bot is either attacking the 0.009 sellers (by buying from the sell queue) or buying fromt themselves for no net gain. I'm betting they are neither accumulating or selling, just trying to keep the price @0.009.
