The Tin project has been dead for a long time.
The guys went elsewhere as they kept getting stuffed around. The guys now have offers to stand alone & are looking at a an IPO so have been doing the rounds.
From what I hear,it was like herding cats with all the demands from various existing stakeholder groups. So they walked away. Apparently, OMI not happy & its a shame as by the looks of it, I hear the resources estimates have grown significantly.
