I don't know what the force of that little clause in the agreement in a Greenland court is. In the US, you can sign clauses all day long but in US courts you can't sign away your rights. The clause would be thrown out.
Also, would Denmark acquiesce to Greenland's license refusal, or would they threaten to reduce funding to prop up Greenland's government. A lot of money is at stake. Follow the money.
