    Hi Pioupiou, I agree with all your thoughts and am glad you put them up here. I have bought reasonable amounts over the last two months and continue to add. I for one wouldn't mind the market marking this down for a while. Eventually price will catch up to value.
    I value this conservatively at around 11 -12 dollars. at a book value of around 4.30 and ROE of 20% with a growth of around 10% and half of those earnings retained compounding at around 20% , i don;t have t spell it out but it is undervalued.
    I put a good weight on visibility of earnings and CCP has a good degree of it.
    You can see that the market is pricing it at no growth at a discount rate of 10%. In a low interest rate environment, this offers a bargain and many investors like the chairman recognize this. I agree that too much should not be said about this to offer many to accumulate.
    I have been with the stock since 2.60-2.90 and have added at 4 odd dollars and now at 9 -10 dollars.
