I too think a small buy-back would be wise considering it was raised at 21c and we are trading at 17c. It just reduces the shares on issue, they could hypothetically buy back all the shares they issued with cash left over if the liquidity was there. The piece of the puzzle we can't take into consideration is the size of the acquisition/s Charif has in his sights. It's a good time for a share buy back but it's an equally good time to acquire a beaten down business that's light on their own capital and will get a massive boost when plugged into our huge global partner network
