A buyback program is good idea imo.

They took $20m of investors money but they also inadvertently stole liquidity away from long term investors such as ourselves! They gave instos a $20m sized backdoor entry which secured our balance sheet but also stuffed up those that needed some short term liquidity for personal reasons without screwing the SP we've helped nurture and support.

Icandy is a great example of a company (partially owned by animoca brands who is also an advisor) who has a buybsck program in place. It keeps your shareholders happy and as seen recently, a capital raise at a higher price post buyback is well received and fully funded when done right. I'm in mixed feelings about the DSE board raising a whopping $20m with nothing to show for it to date. It's great for safety and we know DSE will be worth alot more in future, especially post acqusition.... But cmon.... with positive cashflow this amount was not necessary and has stuffed up the trend prior to the market selldown. I've been holding DSE for 2 years, I'm sure there's others that would've liked to give 5% of their hold at 28-30c to instos on market as repayment for having absorbed all the risks of the past 2 years prior to Breakeven.

I personally don't want dividends occuring anytime soon either as that indicates the growth cannot be doubled down in any meaningful way.... But it would highlight value for many insto investment mandates and be worth at least 40c if it were paying a comfortable divvy ex acquisition in a year.

@Square - why would an acqusition be in script? It's the only reason we have a $20m cash account! Lol
Where did you draw your theory that an acqusition could be bigger than $20m?
