i see your point , i understand it but im still not keen on the idea.
I am of the opinion that DSE reduced dillution to us holders by raising capital at a really good time. they raised when the SP was at 23-24. annoying yes that we are back at 19 but this was bound to happen at some point with inflation, rising interst rates etc. I really think DSE got the timing right, raised a suitable amount of money and now have funding for growth an acqusitions. i expect this yesr to be a transformative year.
also even if we did get involved in the SPP we are now below that price. time to accumualte now.
I still think the SP is reasnoble and id rather chase future growth (where the big gains are at) then go after short tern benefits of buy backs and dividends
