Looks like Algorithmic Trading(aka BOTS). Stacked bids or sells to manipulate a price. Usually done with small amounts of units, the amounts you state seem a bit high. Check out new site on HC Forum. As INVESTEDZ pointed out, don't trust anything you see 'after hours'. Not accurate when in "Inquiry" status.
