It was clear to me that there ar? some with fincial stress who need to sell. The market is slightly dipping, but as long as unemployment stays where it is housing in market (sydney) can only go one way, if your not looking making a quick buck there is money to be made.
I also have the impressi?n that there maybe more stimulus to the housing market from the government if it keeps dipping.
