I think what happens with the OTC listed FBRKF shares is somebody over here reads about FBR, gets all excited and wants to buy some without doing a further 10 minutes of research and realizing they can buy them on the ASX. Some predator on the OTC happily sells them FBRKF at a 30 % premium or more compared to the ASX price (even accounting for exchange rates.) The mystery to me has always been what one share of FBRKF actually represents and the mechanics of how you can buy a share on the ASX and turn around and sell it on the OTC.
