My guess - and I am often wrong, is that CBA will drop by a fair bit more than its dividend over a couple of weeks after it goes ex on Tues. However it depends on your investment timeframe, because I can see CBA steadily rising again over the next few months due to another likely RBA rate cut.
I typically have a traders mentality (often to my cost) so I am considering selling on Monday depending on the price and put the proceeds into something that may shower a quicker return.
