re: trading halt smart acquisition. Yes others can roll out the same technology (maybe) but the key wth all media delivery is content and how to secure it. These guys have secured Bollywood content which to us is cr ap but to ex pat Indians in the UK etc this is a huge market. Deal is cleverly struck. If it works well CHF will make a killing, if not they have't chucked away too much cash.
This is a sideline anyway to the main game of building a funds management business which will add huge value to this company in a few months
