yes im with you on the negative equity thing, the property bubble thing re australia was always massively overblown by our media. We are nearly if not the most regulated property market in the entire world with huge difficulty getting finance compared to elsewhere. The complete opposite of the USA pre-gfc. Only be a small percentage of people defaulting, in negative equity.
