My shareholding in the company was already heavily diluted by the placement at roughly a 25% discount to where it had been trading over the previous few months. Let's not pretend the company didn't let Patto's get their pound of flesh.
I appreciate the company allocated some capital to existing shareholders, but don't pretend like our holdings weren't already diluted. It may be short sighted, but I definitely want more incentive as an existing holder.
