Say nothing about what you intend doing...discourage shareholders from taking up the issue ( whilst at the same time avoiding being accused of not offering it to them) and wait for your mates at Pattersons to get the bulk at 0.001...Then once they are in, aznnounce these grandiose plans for a reverse listing
