this is my take
the company has said this is development driling - this is not exploration. therefore the price sensitive ann are thungs like resrviors encountered , ie upper or upper and lower ( condor) From them its the flow rates that will matter
worst case doesnt flow
ok flows at decent rates
good flows at historic rates
very good - flows at beter than historic rates

this is not Chouette, an exploration well were we will see ann made on presence of hydrocarbons. we had the weekly update and that told us not only were their hydrocarbons, but encouraging shows.

there was no mention of Condor because it hadnt be penetrated.

in the end though the debate of whether its smoke and mirrors or a conservative/factual based style of ann only time will tell.
