The starting point of a win or no win is 50/50. Then depending on your personal view the odds go up and down from there.
My personal view is that seeing AVQ were awarded the rights to mine in the first place and the fact that SMM already had the maximum number of tenements allowed (3) then AVQ should win.
But the results of this CoA could have implications on SI law going forward so I believe that it is not that easy.
No matter what replies you get to your question for and against a win, the simple fact is that outside of the judges no one else on this earth really knows. So with that in mind the only odds that one can go with is 50/50 and the odds aren't going to change until we have a decision.

I have to disagree a little, yes in terms of there being 2 parties involved, it is 50-50. But in terms of likelihood of results, in no way is it 50-50
