I dont know about the ASX but on the TSX we have a
four month holding period before we can sell are PP shares.
I have been in two. . So you are telling me that as soon as the people in the placement received their shares they could sell. Thats crazy. I think you dont have a clue
about how things work and you kind of bug me.
