Crazy, we may very well get some news int the next month or so but I can assure you it has NOTHING to do with this imaginary date you have cooked up. You have been told that there is no such 4 month "holding period" as you call it. Those who participated in the placement are free to sell their shares as they wish. You have been told this already yet on and on you go like a broken record (and a bad one at that).
It is however nice to see a new IR person come on board as this has been a weakness for BMN.
