From a promotional point of view FRE should IMO be seeking any sales volume they can get even at a discount offered to all HC readers not just shareholders. Effectively it gets product into hands of interested and or invested consumer and they will continue to buy thus supporting all shareholders and of course word of mouth is very important to a growing business. Margin at this stage of business for small volumes isn't as issue compared to good reviews and product recognition and creating a network of believers / users who can compare their experience to those around them who do not use the product.
