I hope that you all now realise why I was stressing the importance that AHZ holds 30c on the market whilst the capital raising application window remained open.

As we now can see, the share price fell below 30c before the SPP application deadline and that resulted in the company only getting $2.76 of the $5m SPP from its shareholders. Of course, why would somebody pay 30c for something that was less than that on the market?

This resulted in $2.24 million less than anticipated.

Adapt sales of $2.7 million was $1.6 million short of their estimate and that caused the share price collapse.

Additional $2.24 million of funding would've helped keep the company away from the ropes right now.

It's good that all of these discussions are documented to demonstrate the incompetence of management. I can't see a class action being avoidable at this stage.

However, if they can pull a rabbit out of the hat with this upcoming capital raise (i.e. it NEEDS to be done at no less than 30c) then they can potentially be forgiven for their repeated flaws to date.
