No the market would have it priced in already - the $$$ impact will be netural - trade something else like fairfax if you are into media stocks or seven (Ch 7)
Avoid telstra and their grand expansion plans - they cant even roll out a rapid fibre optic network and most metro areas still cant access cable or ADSL.
