revenue is not 19m, that is called expected revenue, which assumed no client drop etc...

they spent $10m in 1H21, they just spent more on purchasing third party licence, and the staff cost for the acquired company, so they will spend more 2H21... the market seems finally got that feeling.

between fy19 and fy20, they were in the earning more and losing more mode... it seems to me fy21 will be the same.

given they used 2.9x metrics to acquire a solid business, i think market will use the same metrics to value BID in the near future. 15m revenue x 3+20m cash = 65m... given its a falling knife at the moment, it might drop below 75m market cap
