one of the clues was all the directors were on the board for many years, and they never bought anything on the market while taking home excessive salaries.
The second clue and fatal clue was the fixed cost of the business is that high, it hardly can be called a tech company.
In saying that, everything has a price. I will have another when I get a chance.
