Cheez the market really hated hvn at the moment If it keeps going south like this, a buying opportunity could arise. Backed by hard assets with an nta of around $2.5 which is mostly land and buildings. Housing downturn will effect profits but the exact correlation nobody knows. But market is obviously nurvous. Curiously watching from the sidelines
