2 issues with Harvey, one is the sales and property rents impacted by the recession if it occurs and the second is how much of the properties carried on the balance sheet will be revalued down as well as the increased in finance costs.
HVN is a difficult company to evaluate its a lot of time and involvement, franchise income, own stores, property and overseas, not a straight forward operation coupled with global logistics and supply problems. In addition several brokers saying stay away from consumer discretionary stocks !!.
Good reason not to buy.
But a better reason for a very good top up waiting for a $3 plus buy zone. Maybe a chartists could check if that is reasonable , but thats 19% down!! never known now adays.
