yes true, with commercial rents and valuations if we enter a deep recession. But if we enter a deep recession I go back to the balance sheet.And the fact it HVN balance sheet is incredibly healthy.
Anyway happy with my first position, its nicely in the money. Now I will just squat and see how things go.
