Yeah many brokers like that in the short term. Sh@# scared that if they set the price target to high and the sp goes the opposite direction, then they'll look stupid so that's why u see brokers change their recommendations in the short term, purely based on sp movement but imo better to focus on the business and what the company is worth; but In saying that, not one broker that I know of, is recommending a price target of $3 or lower so no reason the sp should be going to those ridiculous levels. Imo hvn Sp is at the lower end of the range now and with Net tangible asset backing still sitting in the high 3s and a possible population boom in the coming years, we might see the sp at much higher levels than where seeing today. Dividends haven't disappointed over the years and Imo If u can turn off the noise and have a medium to longer term view I reckon you'll do okay. Intrinsic value much higher.
