well its pretty funny the sharemarket ,bought a great big lump of dxs on wednesday thought i would keep them forever friday the market tanks badly find pricing opportunities so i dump dexus at a $#### loss and buy a fear driven fund on the asx,theoretically i could buy dxs back and have around 8% more than on friday ,however one of the reasons for the trade
even though dexus is big was occupancy and rate risk also wondering if the dividend will be further reduced i certainly cant see it increasing
