who knows how this will play out - who will get power, or how long this goes on. Even if it's over quick, investment towards the whole region has got a reality check in the last few months

And even if it did, I too think it's unlikely to mean mining act reform. they want what Ghana et al have got, I think it's unlikely they would cut of there nose to spite there face.
