    I remember the sheer panic of the GFC. Literally nobody knew what was going on. Australian exposure to Hidden sub prime debt was totally unknown. Shares dumped at incredible prices but based on uncertainty.

    That is not the case today. Aussie banks in particular have been scrutinized closely and we have a better picture of the unknowns. Still risk of course but my view of the big pic is good enough for me to have confidence to buy buy buy.

    I even believe that now the US has been galvanized by the derating that political will will soon be displayed that will lift the markets.
