Insider, yes they are, due I might say to significant investor demand. The shareholder raising is only to offset a private placement deal done earlier in the year. DLS is very cash flow positive and the ssp was done when DLS was approached by a group of high net worth investors wanting in... The should just go on market like he rest of us, but hard to get 35m shares without paying a huge premium.

I also note that the the Rivkin saga ends today and DLS's share price is not .66 cents. Any comments ?
