Imo there has been an overreaction to this 'news' .I don't think anyone with any sense thought that SMM would go away quietly after what had preceded . They're just playing hardball.

Looking through the contents of the trial outcome there would appear to be no way they can win ,whether they're acting out of spite ,or simply trying to starve Axiom out of existence is the key.

Either way Axiom have a bargaining position if there are any takers
