MOUNT: The judge has now made it clear theat they now have a permanent injuction preventing them from interferring with any of our business activities in solomon Isalnds.
GARRETT: Sumitomo has signalled its intentions to appeal and its lawyers say there appear to be several obvious grounds on which to make that appeal. what is your reaction to that?
MOUNT: Well, initaially, I can't see those grounds but if there are grounds they do have the right to appeal but if they do so we will obviously continue to defend oujr rights but we are confident as to our legal position as regards our rights.
GARRETT: You are a much smaller comany than Sumitomo and you have already spent more than $8 million on the case. could further legal action put you out of the picure by exhausting your financial resources?
MOUNT: Not, not at all, Jemima. That is the least of our issues
