re: buying opportunity? still insto selling Althought VGL seems cheap at present levels, may be advisable to hold off buying as it would appear the instos are still trying to unwind their large holdings - partic. PPT.
PPT typically will keep dumping regardles of the impact on the s.p.
Would not be surprised to see VGL get pushed down to 70c-75c, at which time barring any further bad news, I will in to buy a few
