Further drop today represents a buying opportunity. Whilst it's a competitive market I believe that Scout can come out on top by continuing to build a strong range of products backed with a strong UI/UX. The key is to make it easy for the consumer, easy to install, easy to administer, easy to monitor and secure. Continuing to build the brand and generate brand awareness will be everything. Great to see it building its sales channels. It would be good to see how many sales are based on referrals and maybe introduce a referral discount on next purchase scheme or something like this and well as pump social media.
Scout needs to extend its product range and potentially rethink its charging model to attract more customers. Access to the mobile app with paying a subscription fee should be a given.
