RHR is looking at a possible restocking area/price from the chart pattern - to regain shares sold a month ago, as well as sold shares in Mar (predicted the CR too early).

With CR+insider selldown+Autrac , SPis likely to drop further (after it has been pumped the day after CR). If it falls below $20, will likely buy.

RHR is looking at what happened last CR (Aug 23), the trade after CR, SPP pricing and after SPP allocated...to dictate at what price to restock.

Perhaps the $17.30 polarbear line?
