It was priced as a growth stock then. It's stopped growing. That's the reality. Maybe temporarily but the issue is how fast it recovers growth, at what level the new growth is and at what profit margin. Comparing the SP when it last achieved the new forecast revenue numbers is not appropriate. When you are growing rev and profit the market prices in continued growth albeit, depending on where you are in your growth cycle, sometimes at a lower rate. Once you stop growing and your business model that got you prior growth now has some questions around it, not to mention question marks over management, then it will be priced much lower.
