Over the course of 2020, I have reduced A2M weight selling at a range of prices between $17 and $20.
I considered the prior guidance was somewhat optimistic, so today is hardly a surprise. However, what is certain is that one year's of underperformance has not reduced the value of this enterprise by 25% (especially given that the SP was already anticipating a significant part of the downgrade.) We should see confirmation of this by updates on Broker notes over the next few weeks, which should return A2M to a strong buy.
Sub-$10 has been the buying opportunity I have been waiting for, so today I have returned to increased weight in my portfolio, buying at $9.85.
I am not a trader but a long-terms holder having invested in A2M for over 4 years. I would not be so bold as to call the bottom, but sub-$10 is a great buying opportunity.
